Challenge #30: April Showers

Hello Users!

We are playing with the seasons in the Northern Hemisphere this week!
Please make a project that has something to do with the saying
"April Showers Bring May Flowers"!

***REMEMBER: All of our challenges call for you to use your hoarded supplies! A challenge requirement is to tell us in your post what you used!***

Please link your creation using Inlinkz by Friday 4 May. No blog? No problem! Just use keyword USE030 when uploading to an online gallery and leave us a direct link so we can find your creation. (Linking tips are at the bottom of the post!)

Please make sure to mention you are playing along with a Use It Tuesday challenge (a link is great too!) so we know you are participating.

As always, one lucky participant will be randomly chosen to be a featured guest designer in an upcoming challenge!

Here is a little inspiration to get you started:

Tess is our newest designer at Use It Tuesday!  Please give her a big ol' hoarder's welcome!  Thanks for joining our team, Tess!  To make her creation, she pulled out some old digi scrapping files, added those flowers...and even used on old picture of her sweet niece!  Love!

Sonya wins the prize for using the oldest stash on this one!  It is not for the pretty PTI stamps that she had uninked, rather for the lace at the bottom, circa 2006!!  Yay for using 6 year old stash!!

Steph  has had this embossed cardstock for at least 2 years and the patterned paper for one.  We are so glad she used it for this challenge!  So unique and gorgeous!

Alanna used her stash of Prima and Kaiser flowers (you know you have that stash too!) and made this soft and sweet card!  Funny part...she used an old rub on and it was so old, it did not want to work properly!  That has so happened to me, too!

Eka made this amazing tag out of old Webster's papers and guess what is hiding under the tag?  Eyelets so you can string your ribbon through it!  Genius way to use the stash!!

Heather gets the 'green award' this week!  That red paper...it is from a previously used envelope!

Irini  made this stunning layout using her stash of purple!  Doilies, flowers, mist, and cardstock all dressed up this fabulous layout!

Sarah made this gorgeous card out of her stashed brown paper with the word 'spring' on it and her hoarded chipboard cloud!  How perfect were those supplies for our challenge?!!

And certainly we do not want to leave our guest designer, Juliet!  She made this amazing card using her stash of BLUE papers!  She stores all her scraps by color, and we can appreciate what a great idea that is by her card below.  Thanks for designing for us, Juliet!

We can't wait to see what you create! Now go Use It!!
