Challenge #34: Be a Patriot!

Hello Users!

First and foremost, Sami and I want to express our sincere appreciation to our current Design Team for their support over the past 6 months.  We have enjoyed having each and every one of you as part of our family.  We will miss you and wish each of you continued success in using your stash.  :)

Now, for our challenge...we are super excited about our theme this week!  Please make a project that has something to do with being patriotic about ANY country!

***REMEMBER: All of our challenges call for you to use your hoarded supplies! A challenge requirement is to tell us in your post what you used!***

Please link your creation using Inlinkz by Friday July 6. No blog? No problem! Just use keyword USE034 when uploading to an online gallery and leave us a direct link so we can find your creation. Linking tips are at the bottom of the post!)

Please make sure to mention you are playing along with a Use It Tuesday challenge (a link is great too!) so we know you are participating.

As always, one lucky participant will be randomly chosen to be a featured guest designer in an upcoming challenge!

Here is a little inspiration to get you started:

Eka thought out of the eggshell for this one!  She made seedling gifts in preparation for Independence Day in August to give to her neighbors.  The butterflies were left over from her last project, the holders are from cookie wrappers and you know where the eggs came from.  :)  Eggceptional!

Heather made me want to sing out "O Canada" when I saw these place cards and napkin rings!   She used ribbon that was cut and did not work out for another project as well as a dusty ol' leaf die.

Sarah made this stunner with her hoarded stash!  It makes me want to sing the Star Spangled Banner!  Simply gorgeous!

Sonya not only used her papers and uninked stamps, but pulled out her 10 year old eyelets!  Oh yes, you know you have those too!  LOVE how she used them!

Steph pulled out a 3-fer for this red, white, and blue card!  White ribbon, metallic blue paper and the polka dot paper make it POP!

Alanna was inspired by the beaches of Australia and their flag for this fabulous creation!  She pulled out hoarded paper and her diamond stamp to make us all dream of life down under...

Tess made this SUPER cute digi page to commemorate her niece's first Canada Day!  The digi papers are hoarded, as was the picture, because her niece is now 3.  (Just for the record, I am more years than that behind in my scrapbooking, so I think Tess is actually 'caught up'!  LOL)

And a special treat from our Guest Designer who won Challenge #31, Meighan.  She made this replica of an Australian Gum Blossom with her hoarded papers, glitter, scraps and punches/die cuts.  Thanks Meighan!

We can't wait to see what you create! Now go Use It!!
